Warren Buffett Visits Columbia Parc and the Bayou District

The visionary Bayou District plan that unites brand new mixed-income residences with education and recreation drew legendary investor Warren Buffett, Atlanta commercial real-estate mogul Tom Cousins along with their co-founded organization Purpose Built Communities, tour Columbia Parc and the Bayou District. They praised Columbia Parc, remarking that its construction was both “solid and artful.”
