BAYOU DISTRICT
The Bayou District is a master-planned neighborhood that has been designed to promote a healthy, vibrant community. Columbia Parc is the first step in the creation of this community with future development plans which include recreational facilities, championship golf, two brand new schools (a K-8 charter school and a new high school), an early learning center, retail, single-family housing and additional multi-family housing.

The Bayou District neighborhood is a geographic area roughly bordered by Paris Ave, Harrison Ave, Bayou St. John and Interstate 610 in New Orleans LA. Large land components of the Bayou District include the former St. Bernard Housing Community on St. Bernard Ave., the former Imperial Drive Housing Complex by Bayou St. John and the Phillips/Waters School site.
