MORE RECOGNITION
Columbia Parc and its residents have another reason to be proud. Our community was featured in the November 2011 issue of Mutifamily Executive Magazine as a Grand Winner for Best Reuse of Land. The design and development team, including Columbia Residential, BBL Builders, Broadmoor Design Group, and JHP Architecture/Urban Design, created the award-winning plan. In addition to addressing flood concerns by raising the structures, the design also incorporated sidewalks, a tree-lined street grid, welcoming entries, and historical finishes inspired by classic New Orleans buildings and neighborhoods.
